Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Gajanand Aarogyam, we aim to provide a smooth service experience.

Cancellation before 24 hours → No charge

Cancellation within 24 hours → 50% charge may apply

No-show → Full visit charge applicable

Refunds may be issued only when:

Payment was deducted by mistake

Double payment occurred

Service was not delivered due to clinic-side issue

Completed physiotherapy sessions

Home visits already done

Packages after sessions have begun

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
